Try a motion sickness pill like dramamine. It may not work for everyone, but this is what I use when I have trouble falling asleep. When I have trouble staying asleep, I use melatonin. Both are available at any discount store or pharmacy.

This works every time. Go take a hot bath and relax. Then get into bed and concentrate on relaxing every muscle, don't move. Now take a trip down memory lane. Go back in your mind to when you were a little kid. Go to Grandma's house. Get out of the car, walk up the front steps, open the door, look around.
