On my foot some black patches i notice? no itching no pain but cosmetically looking bad?

From my personal experience with patients if your foot is changing colors then the blood flow is being cut of somewhere or you have poor circulation in your foot you should see a doctor ASP some people end up loosing their foot in situations like this
if you walk barefooted it could be stains. on the top of your feet, i have no idea. go to a dr. changes in skin could be serious.
