Can someone next to a total hip replacement get hold of arthritis?

I had a total hip replacement surrounded by 2005. I now find I am have pain similar to the pain previously my hip replacement. I am 5ft 7in. I weigh 124 pounds. The pain I own is located in my groin nouns and all the agency around my hip. It then shoots into my upper thigh nouns. I limp when I put your foot because weight hurts on that side. I also cannot find moving when I first go to find up. I have to allow it time to heat up. When I lay down it is hard to return with into a position that is comfortable.
My doctor have not seen me, but over the phone think it could be lower back affliction. I had an MRI six months ago due to unusual swelling surrounded by the lower part of impossible to tell apart leg as the hip replacement. The MRI showed nothing be wrong with my pay for.
