It was proved a myth.But actual experience is as below:
1.For the first month u take only warm lemon water in the first morning b 4 breakfast in empty belly.
2.Then from the second month u add honey.
3.Don't eat anything for an hour or so.
4.From the 4th month u will see some changes in weight.
5.Then u have to exercise regularly.
6. u also have to take resort of diet control.
7.It's a very slow process.
8. but inspite of everything it is not of a great use after one year or so.u get extra calory.
9.but do not get disheartened.go on.

they help you lose weight faster... but not right away... drink just for lemon about a month, and the NEXT month, (along with excersise) you'll see change.. i dunno bout the honey tho :)
you have to suck the lemon... it's natural juices burns the fat.
