I personally would see a chiropractor, since I've been seeing them off and on since 1991. I've gotten a lot of relief by their methods.

Have you tried acupuncture? I assume you have already been given the medical alternatives like surgery or injections? I know a person swears by Rikki for the same condition. I don't know about that, but I know acupuncture worked for my spine pain caused by a car accident. Swimming will also give you a gentle, no impact way to keep your muscles strong to take up some of the "slack" of spinal support.

physical therapy or aqua therapy are great to help with spinal stenosis..I find aqua therapy helps me the most with spinal stenosis.
