Arthritis and I'm only 20yrs old?

Question:

I have a dull, intense and horrible pain in my arm and hand... i can feel it in my bones...its so bad i can barely move my hand and the slightest cold air makes it hurt more! sometimes my legs hurt or my finger or my hands..or just one hand and I get worried because my mom has lupus. sometimes i wake up and my hands are stiff...really i can barely close my fists. I dont want to have it! are this the symptoms?? please help!

i have arthiritis in both of my knees an im only 19..
it will cost me $8000 to have and operation to get them fixed but i dont have enough money..
no one can tell but my knees lock up sometimes.. and it will only get worse when i get older...

go to a doctor and talk to him/her about this. i hope its not arthtrits.good luck

U SHOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR AND HAVE IT CHECKED BECAUSE I HAVE DEGENRITIVE AND OSTOEARTHIRITIS IN MY LUMBAR SPINE AND IT DOES EFFECT MY LOW BACK N LEGS AND ONLY MY LEFT SHOULDER SO I ADVISE U TO GO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT GOOD LUCK.

It could be athritis, but at your young age, if you really committed to eating well and exercising, I would bet that much of your pain would go away. I had severe pain in my wrists and the pain is virtually gone now that I eat right and exercise.

See an orthopedic surgeon or a rheumatologist instead of asking for help here. Don't you want to know what's wrong with you?
