This happens mostly at night but has happened in the day before. i feel like?


Question:
i'm short of breath so i start breathing in deeper. i get a small pain or maybe discomfort in my chest in the area of my heart. i sometimes get a pain on my right upper abdomen. at this point i usually start to panic and my heart starts beating fast. i started breathing faster and i feel nauseous. this basically happens until i fall asleep because i am so tired. however i always jerk myself awake a couple of times before i fall asleep for the night. this happens every night. what is going on?
