For volleyball, my coach said that it recommended to wear ankle braces on both feet, so should I?

Question:
my left ankle is good but my right ankle causes problems sometimes.

Answers:
Yes you should defiantly wear them. You may not like to wear them but it would be better than getting a broke or sprained ankle out of the deal and then no volleyball for you until it heals up. Any time that you are in sports of any kind and the coach tells you to wear protective gear, do so, it is for your protection or else they won't tell you to wear it. It don't matter if your joints are good or not. Once you get a sprain or a break, it is easy to get one again.
I think that it may help! i play basketball and i have a really bad ankle and a bad knees.sometimes i have to wear a brace on both ankles or both knees...it helps. I would recomend it if your coach tells you to.
if your coach recommended it, then yeah, try them out. i was in volleyball, and saw a lot of girls just wearing one. you could try just wearing one on your right foot, but probably both would be best
