I have been training for soccer doing plyometrics jumping rope running long distance and sprints for about 10?


Question:
for about 10 weeks ive been training and pretty hard too.all of the sudden in between where my inner shin meets my calve about 2/3 the way down my leg on both inner legs im getting pains...this is on both shin/calves too....right now the pain is bearable to play on however i do not want it to get worse and i have 3 weeks until the season and i have to keep training...what should i do?

Look up shin splints, it looks like you finally got to the point where you are training too much. Shin splints are from either over training or first starting out training after a long time of rest.
