Those who have used Capzasin, what are your comments?

Works very well. Hot feeling decreases greatly if the capsaicin is used regularly (2-3 X daily for a week or longer). Be careful putting it on and always wash hands carefully afterwards. If you get the tiniest bit of capsaicin on a mucous membrane, near your eyes, or on your lips then the reaction can be quite painful. Be very careful about applying it immediately after taking a hot shower when your pores are wide open. In fact - just do not do this period. I've used capsaicin for both chronic pain and for idiopathic chronic itching. It works very well for pain and is a miracle medicine for intractable localized itching.
it suddenly gets very hot and helps with stiff joint pain. I think it's a good analgesic cream to use.
Capsaicin comes from hot peppers. Applied to the skin it gets warm. I think it's great for minor joint problems. I have a degenerating knee. Surgery like arthroscopic of the knee won't help. So that leaves joint replacement. Not an option at this point.
