this sounds like either a viral infection,a vitamin deficiency, or you've eaten too much food with blue dye in it (most likely).
go back over the foods you eaten most often in the past week and try to think what ingredients they contained or look at the packaging. alot of processed foods (even vegen ones) use dyes. if you've ingested too much blue dye-this is your body's way of getting rid of the excess.
if you can pinpoint which food (of foods) it might be, stop eating them for a week to see if it helps. if not-then i would make an appt to see your dr and have your feces tested for infection

I'd get that check out as soon as you can. Go see your doctor to get your stools (fecal discharge) sampled by a medical laboratory. I don't know what kind of vegetables you have been eating or what supplements you have been ingesting as well.

Yikes, dude...are you taking supplements? No offense...but are you really eating healthy? A vegan diet is really hard to do correctly. Are you getting enough balance? It sounds like you are working your body pretty hard...
Have you eaten foods that contain food coloring that may have turned your fecies blue?
If this continues you should see a doctor and just be safe, monitoring your bowel movements is an excellent way to monitor your health, nothing to be ashamed of. Your doctor will have more ideas on what could be causing this.
Are you eating crayons also?
