Is it majority to hold wake up within the middle of the darkness?


I've been have this problem for about a week and a partially now. I Fall asleep for a few hours wake up up fall vertebrae asleep for a little bit and so on.
For example: I go to bed last dark at 10, i woke up at 2:30ish, fell asleep and i woke up again it was 3:something, the subsequent time i woke up it was almost 5, Then i be drifting in and out of sleep until 6, when i get up. I'm never tired during the day, or at adjectives really for that matter, i of late want to be able to sleep adjectives night, because the constant wake is annoying.


Answers:    sounds like you hold to much on your mind and to much to do when you are up and it won't let you sleep as worthy a you once did. I would say releive some or adjectives of the stress you can and sooner the better!
well that happen to me to but it usually because i have to move about to the bathroom XD and i would rather attain up and use the restroom than piss ma pants

Sounds close to a stress or health issue, turn to your doctor and get it checked out. Have you started a unknown job? or are nearby pressures at your school? Are you intake anything different? Go see your doctor, only later will you know what ails you.
