How do i become a light sleeper?

Question:

Answers:
leave the light on at night
Lose weight.

Of course!
Have a baby. You will not be a heavy sleeper ever again.
I wouldn't, because only in deep sleep does your mind become recharged. I'd say sleep in places you normally wouldn't and different settings to upset your sleep cycle. You can also try going to bed at weird times and eating before you sleep.
i would try going a couple of nights with an alarm set at various intervals every couple of hours. or set the alarm for like an hour before you need to get up and snooze until you need to wake up.

they also make ascending alarm clocks that start off quiet, then get louder. that well help you wake up before it gets really loud cuz youll hear it when it first starts...
have kids
I wish I had your problem. lol. I can't ever fall asleep.

"Some people's brains have a tendency toward more deep sleep than others and it makes them more likely to be a deep sleeper as opposed to a light sleeper. There are many things that will create light sleep such as sleep disorders, certain medications, stress, and certain [emotional] problems, including depression and anxiety."

So I don't think you would want to be a light sleeper. :p
Don't eat for a few hours before you go to bed. If you do, there will be more blood working on digestion and less blood carrying oxygen to the brain. Seriously!
