Pain in lower abdomen?

i have been getting really bad pain in my lower abdomen.. it hurts like its throbbing or something. besides my boobs are swollen... i get moodswings, i want to throw up in the mornings but i cant... my lower back hurts at times...

All that sounds like you're pregnant, however, severe abdominal pain is not normal early in pregnancy. See your doctor, so they can do a pregnancy test and at the same time rule out ectopic pregnancy. If it only happens around your menstrual cycle, it could be prementrual dysphoric disorder, which can also be assessed and treated by your doctor.

dont know how old you are and fogive me if I say the wrong thing. It can be menopause which can kick in from any age. Get to your GP or local Nurse and they will sort it out for you. I do sympathise, I went through it and its hell. Abdominal pains are the worst thing on earth but please get it checke out.
