What to do for upper leg ache?

Question:
my upper leg feels achey sometimes worse than other times it kinda feels numb i am 51 and dont know what it could be it is not pain just a feeling i cant describe does anyone know what it is or what can i do

Answers:
idk what it is, but if it lasts for more than a week, go and get it checked out by a doctor. for now, take ibuprofen or some advil. and if that doesnt help, than put a warm heating pad on your leg. also, it could be hurting you because your not "exercising" your leg enough. try going for a walk or go bike riding for about 15 minutes.
