How to wake up feeling less tired??!!?


Question:
Ever since i was little i have always had trouble waking up in the morning... im in the 11th grade now and waking up 4 school is still very difficult no matter wut i do... for the last couple weeks i have been going to bed around 8 or 9 and have even been squeezin in a nap during the day every once in a while... i have a good night sleep and rarely wake up threw the night but still have trouble geting out of bed. how can i help my problem?

ask your doctor...a trained professional is better suited to help you than people on a public forum...unless they're doctors

well what i do is go wash my face and splash cold water on my face and that wakes me up! or even try to take a shower in the morning!
It sounds like you could maybe need some vitamins. Try taking them after dinner. They will help your body to repair the damage caused from the day and your body will feel more ready to go in the morning. It really works for me. I always had a hard time getting up in the morning too. I even lost a job because I was late too much. I wish I knew to take my vitamins at night then.
well, it's a proven study that high school students just are ready so early in the morning, we start to function around 10-11, no matter what time you go to sleep.

but if you think it might be something else, it wouldn't hurt to go to the doctor

oh-and make sure you are taking in the right amount of vitamins and protein to get the day started
