With surgery, how are knees corrected when there is very little cartilage and mostly scar tissue build-up?

Question:
What is this surgery called and what do they do?

Answers:
They can do an Arthorscopy which is where they go in with a camera and a tool and repair and / or remove torn cartilage...
Usually they can go in with only two small incisions and get everything cleaned up!
