I'm worried about my sister?

Question:
Over the weekend it was really hot and my sister was taken out for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
She's in a wheelchair.
When she got back she felt really tired and weak, had a really bad headache, felt sick, heart was beating to fast.
She went to bed and even though all she wanted to do was sleep she couldn't. She could only doze, but not for long, this lasted all night. She felt really hot.
The following day she still felt tired and weak and had a slight headache, if she did anything tireing she would feel sick.

She said that she's still not feeling 100% today, just feeling tired.

What could have caused this?
She had liquid before she went out and had it as soon as she came back.
She was wearing a hat and sunglasses.
She was out for about two hours.

Could it have been miner sun stroke?

Answers:
You need to make sure he takes in plenty of clear liquids and some fluids to replace the electrolytes! Like ice water! It is very easy to lose your fluids even when out in the heat for a short time. If she has an increased temp you need to speak with her doctor. It is best, to make sure she gets plenty of fluids, and keep her cool with wet cool damp towels.

Here are some links to see if she has the sings and symptoms of a heat stroke

I hope all goes well for you:)

sun stroke
Dont worry its called Sun Stroke i get it when ive been in the sun to long
It does sound like sun stroke, I don't know where you live but in the UK it has been really hot over the weekend. Headache and heart beating fast sounds like dehydration (I'm sure its only mild)
Just keep giving her fluids and she should feel better soon.

Ask Google (or your favourite Search Engine) for the subject "Heat Exhaustion".
Dehydration is one problem but salt loss due to this can also make you feel very ill.
You can buy rehydration medicine from the chemist or drink water with a pinch of salt and sugar added.
The various sites will tell you all about the problem of too much hot sun, the effects and first aid suggestions.
Yes, it could have been sun stroke.
She probally is dehydrated as well. Keep giving her liquids, gatorade or pedialyte is best. She should recover just fine but let her doctor at least know, perhaps he'll want to check her out. Keep those liquids going into her though.
It would be interesting to know why she is in a wheelchair-
that may give clues as to why that happened. In particular MS?
If in doubt, best to contact her doctor, obviously.
yes it sounds like sun stroke
