It can be one of three things:
1) You may have anxiety.
2) You may have a heart condition.
3) You may have heartburn.
If you get an EKG to rule out the second, then your doctor may give you something for the other two.
The sooner you get this checked the better.
Is it really worth the risk not to go straight to a doctor. You only have 1 life.
Sometimes the pain you feel in your chest is acid reflux. The sharp pain, usually makes you think it is a heart attack. This causes fear which causes your body to respond by increasing your pulse and sometimes elevating your blood pressure. Have your heart checked out but don't be surprised and hopefully it will be just a good case of acid reflux. Panic is common with this episode. Let your doctor clear your worries by doing all the necessary test but make sure you let them run the ole tube down the throat to inspect the stomach. Good luck from a former sufferer.
If you have had your heart checked out its prob anxiety. Do you smoke pot? I used to get this fairly often.
Maybe you need to lay in bed with your upper body elevated.
But the pain in your chest, you definitly should consult your physician.
Look up or research hyperventilation and anxiety.
Gas and heart burn can cause pains like you describe.
But probably not at the same time of day, day after day.
Unless you eat hot spicy food all the time.
