First of all head wounds bleed a lot due to so many blood vessels in the head. If the cut looks deep and wide, then you should get checked out. You should call 911 and have them come out and look at it. It is FREE no charge for us to come out. The paramedics can evaluate the cut and determine from there. So go call 911 and quit reading this.
If its bleeding constantly and if you can see alot of inside skin then you need stitches.
uh huh... you cant expect us to believe that. in any case, you would need to get him to the ER like RIGHT NOW, doesnt matter if he needs stitches.
apply pressure to the wound and see if the bleeding will subside. His head will look like it's bleeding like crazy due to all the capillaries in his head. If it doesnt stop bleeding in a with the applied pressure,( this may take several minutes) get someone to take him to the ER. If he hit his head hard, he should probably go to the ER anyway.
