Question:

Answers:
that happens to me sometimes its propbably because your sleeping on your hands
sounds like a nerve problem or circulation problem...you should check with your doctor
you are sleeping on your hands and you are cuutting the blood flow in them,so it takes time for them to restablish the normal blood flow,do you have any tingling?
I believe it is a form of pins and needles in your arms,
Try sleeping with your arms at your side, instead of leaning your face / head against them.
The first thing you might consider is carpal tunnel syndrome. Do you perform any extensive, repetitive grasping motions? Maybe typing? Crocheting? Checkout operator? Even extensive driving (steering wheel) can exacerbate the condition. Beyond this possibility, I'll leave it to others for ideas.
Either your body weight is putting pressure on your arms, and it cuts off circulation in the arms, or you have a nerve problem. Talk to a doctor, and see wether you are just sleeping on your arms, or if you have nerve problems.
possibly poor circulation or your sleeping on your hands
