On a scale of 1-10 how badley does a belly button piercing hurt?

Question:

I got mine done about two years ago. We looked around quite a bit to make sure to find a place that was good quality, used new needles, etc. with each person. Don't settle for a really cheap place or try doing it yourself! Mine hurt for about the one second the needle was actually going through. It was a very sharp pierce but wasn't even long enough for me to say, "ow" After that make sure to take good care of it, it may be a little sore but not bad at all. I'd say it's an 8, but considering how short the pain lasts it really is only about a 3.

I love mine and the short amount of pain was definitely worth it!! Good luck!
It hurts so bad that you should never have it done!
Its done so fast you barely have time to feel any pain. Its quick pain not long lasting pain. worrying about how bad its gonna hurt is the worst part of it once its done you'll be wondering why you worried so much about it.
I remember the day i got my belly button pierced...
It didn't hurt at all. I was actually laughing ( it was probably a nervous laugh...)
Either way don't do it at home. Get it professionally done.

I'd say the pain was about a 3 on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the most pain.
How about on the scale of 100 out of 100.
