Sleep problems?


Question:
I have major problems sleeping at night. I can never fall asleep till like at least 4 am. I also have school in the morning and work in the afternoon. I think this has severe effects on my life and influences my behavior through out the day. Anybody have any tips or know any good websites that can help me? Sleeping pills just ain't doing it for me because i start to become dependent on them. I want to try and fall asleep naturally.

Exercise during day time, preferably in the morning, afternoon or early evening (but not 2 hrs before bedtime), for say 30 minutes per session, 3 -4 times per week and see how it goes.
