Can some people just not get dizzy?

Question:
I'm visually impaired and hearing impaired. I can't get dizzy. I'm 16 years old and I'm never felt dizzy. I'm being dead serous. my parents can tell you. what I do to pass time while I'm on the phone or something I'll just spin around in my desk chair but If you ask me to stand up and walk a straight line I can. I also can pass the bat test. that's when you touch a baseball bat to the ground touch your forehead to the other end and walk around it 10 times like that. and walk a straight line. I passed. Can some poeple just not get dizzy? I get disorented in other ways but not by spinning around or moving my head.

Answers:
. Info from the Mayo Clinic: "...Keeping your sense of balance depends on your brain processing a variety of information from your eyes, your nervous system and your inner ears. However, if your brain can't process signals from all of these locations, if the messages are contradictory, or if your sensory systems aren't functioning properly, you may experience dizziness . Good balance depends on at least two of these three sensory systems working well." ...or just not being disrupted.
So if your ears and eyes aren't 'functioning properly' already, those 'messages' aren't contradictory enough to make you dizzy. Consider yourself lucky. ah, well, semi-lucky. I'm hard-of-hearing and people wonder how I can stand to be in a room of screaming children! ha. .
