Tingling in my left arm what is it ?

it is like it is wakeing up if you sleep on it but it has been like this for a day so what is it and what can i do to stop it

Sounds like a pincehd nerve. Does your neck and shoulders feel tense? Before you panic (like I have over the same thing), call a chiropractor. Don't get popped if you can help it. Ask for someone who has the little activator gun thingy.
