How can i gain a good apetite in the morning? and how can i go off my tiredness?

Question:
i am feeling always tired. It Doesnt matter if i work too much or if i work less i feel the same way. I guess its becoz of the weather here in doha? its too hot here! And im used to live where there are alot of trees. So i feel that its bcoz of lack of oxygen? And when i breath its rily so hard! Anyway i think when there is not enough oxygen, our brains cant function well, so even if i sleep too much i feel still tired! And one more thing; when i get up , i always dont like to eat anything...Im trying and enforcing myself to eat even little but i cant. what should i do?..please help...

Answers:
ask your doctor about taking a sleeping pill at night to help you sleep more soundly. When you wake up you should be fully rested and ready to go. I used to be the same way and sleep is a tricky thing, you HAVE to get 7 hours of sleep if you cant...make it up. AS for the morning...I dont know anyone who has an appeitte in the morning, mostly you eat in the morning to avoid cravings for bad food and to start your metabolism.
are you dehydrated? that is exactly what happened to me when I got dehydrated then right after I didn't eat for two days... I got real depressed uhhh that was terrible (I'm playing Dr Wright here) I suggest drink something but not fast just take little sips at a time if you try to gulp down water really fast it'll all come up hope this helps
The only advice I can think of would be to get up a half hour earlier and go for a brisk walk or a jog. This will help with your appetite, helping you to have a healthy breakfast that will give you energy during the day. Also take the opportunity to have small snacks during the day if you can. This will help keep your energy levels up for the day.
Also, in the evening try to go for another walk. This will hopefully help you have a good nights sleep.
Finally, look into good foods. Certain foods can make you sleepy. Other foods have too much sugar, which give you an immediate energy boost but then leave you feeling tired once that initial boost is gone. Look for foods that have a Low GI. These foods release the enrgy slower, giving you energy for longer periods (sugars generally have a high GI). Try to cut down on caffeine after mdday too. While they may not noticably keep you awake they can regularly give you a restless night.
