I have Another Problem With My Body?

Seems to me you have alittle stress going on there...I don't really think that it is good for your fingers to do that.
Stop cracking your knuckles, by getting a stress ball, squeez the stress ball, when you feel like cracking.
Arthritis is not actually caused by cracking your knuckles! Recent studies have found that Arthritis is caused by air compressing the joints in your limbs or what not that is allowed to expand over time and separate the Ligament holding joints together. Cracking Knuckles has no adverse side effects.
You need something that you can do instead of the knuckle cracking. Like the first answer said, get a stress ball. Another common behavior modification technique is wear a rubber band on your wrist and when you get the urge, snap the band instead of cracking. A retractable pen might be useful too, as it makes the satisfying clicking sound (but this could be annoying to others around you if you're in a crowded setting like work or school).
You're going to have to make a concentrated effort to NOT do it. Learn to recognize situations that may cause you to want to do it, and try to avoid them (stress, boredom, etc). If you catch yourself doing it, don't give up hope. Just keep trying to focus that energy elsewhere. I've beaten weird little habits like this myself, it is possible :)
BIG MYTH! Sorry, but cracking your knuckels can not give you arthritis, let alone big knuckles. Those are just 'old wives' tales' to keep you from annoying people!
I box *like a fighter, not making boxes* and I have to crack my knuckles sometimes or else they really begin to hurt!
popping your knuckles does not cause arthritis, but it can cause discomfort that results from swelling. Every time you pop your knuckles, think of something hideous, and then bite your lip, or otherwise cause yourself immediate and significant discomfort. That should cure you in short order.
