Caffeine renunciation headache?

I haven't had regular coffee except decaf contained by a couple of days to cut out my caffeine intake, and I have a MAJOR headache that's last for hours. Any advice on how to concord with the caffeine subtraction? I popped two Tylenol Extra Strengths a few hours ago, still hasn't helped.

Answers:    As a character who has given up caffeine several times within my life (only to turn back, but i.e. another story) I can tell you that if you shift about four days next to no caffeine you will get a headache that last about five to seven days. This is a special headache that aspirin or the similar to doesn't seem to help out.

Really you just own to tough it out, but it doesn't last forever!
Your best bet is to own some caffeine, and ease yourself sour of it slowly. Use something like Excedrin, which have Tylenol and caffeine in it.
