Achy arms at nighttime/interfere with sleep???
Question:
Answers:
Maybe you have Restless Arm Syndrome
Restless Leg Syndrome is exactly that, just legs.
Would need a bit more info before I could say anything definite. I have similar problesm but for me it's because i am thin, a side sleeper and putting too much pressure on my body.
Have you tried sleeping on your back, propped up a little bit? Or on your stomach? Try different sleeping positions and find one that works for you.
Excersizing also helps, A LOT. If you're not in the best shape, you'll be weaker and need to build up your strength so that sleeping doeosn't put that kind of pressure on your body.
Best of luck :)
Can you think of anything you've changed in the past 6 months? Carrying heavier things? Lifting heavy things? Driving a different vehicle? Reaching up on a continous basis?
You could have thoracic outlet syndrome or a disk problem. You should go to the doc and let him check you out. There's no reason to suffer like that; you've waited long enough and it hasn't improved. Go see what it truly is.
