Can foot pain cause ankle pain?

Question: asking cause a glass bowl fell on my foot from the fridge when I opened the door.

It shouldn't unless you ha vent been icing it and heating it. If its really in pain ice it for 15 min. then heat it for 15 min. repeat twice a day until the pain goes away. After a week or so if the pain ha sent left or spread go see a doctor or a physical therapist.
