Question:
I thought i had a rotor cuff problem that started with terrable pain in my right shoulder , i play alot of racket ball i thought thats what happned but the pain has travled from the end of one shoulder up my neck dow the other shoulder blade , hate docs but do have an appt in a few days was just curios if any one hwo had brusitis had these same problems and what you did to fix it ?

Not sure if it applies, but anyways: my boyfriend, who is a baseball player since childhood, recently had to go to an orthopaedic specialist for tendonitis on the rotator cuff; after a one week treatment with an Anti-inflammatory and results, he proceeded to inject him cortisone directly on the tendon (with anaesthesia, of course), all pain was completely gone in 2 days. He has to do some exercises to stengthen his shoulder (with a baseball bat and an elastic band). The doctor's prognosis is that by next year's season he should be 100% good to play again.
