Question:
I've hurt my left heel by jumping off a high wall and landing on a concrete surface, i can't walk on it properly and if i do all around my heel on the bottom hurts.
It doesnt really hurt if i'm not using it though.
Anybody know what it could be or what to do with it?

At the very least you bruised your calcaneus (heel bone)...at worst there is a fracture in the same bone. Another option is a strained plantar fascia. I think it would be good for you to see a doctor to have the heel checked to make sure there is no serious damage.
sounds like the heal bone might be fractured or broken, or at least bruised. get an x-ray, meanwhile stay off that foot (hop on the other).
