Thats probably the strongest ibuprofen you can get unless you know a drug dealer in the neighborhood who can get you some somas or oxy cotton that will take care of the pain just dont drink any liquor with the pain meds.
You have to take it in a prescription dosage. If you are not sure what amount that is ask someone who knows. Also buy the generic brand and save some money on naproxen aka aleve.
Aleve with Napersine
Aleve is naproxen sodium. Prescription strength is usually 500mg twice daily. OTC it is 220mg. You could take 2 of the OTC tabs twice daily and get close the the prescription strength. Take it with food though as it can cause upset stomache, heartburn and the occasional bleeding ulcer.
If one type of pain reliever doesn't do it, you can try a different one. Try acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, and Aspirin.
There are always prescription strength pain relievers, but those require a visit to the doctor. Tylenol with Codine is fairly popular and potent.
Aleve Extra Strength is Naproxen. It is 220 mg a dose, if you were to get Naproxen from the doctor it would likely be 500mg. per dose. As long as it is okay with your doctor, you could take 2 Aleve for the same effect. It saves on the prescription cost, although, now if you have a prescription of Naproxen you can get it filled at any WalMart for $4.
And that is much cheaper than Aleve.
But please make sure it is okay with your doctor, with all of my differant medical problems and prescriptions my doctor does not want me to take it at all.
Double check with a pharmacist, but I believe Aleve (naproxen sodium) can be taken wit Tylenol (acetaminophen). Take them at the same time and you might see good results, and ASK THE PHARMACIST FIRST!!
