My mom's persian cat scratched me last week and it won't heal properly. help!!?

there's no bleeding but the scar itches. do i have to go to a doctor?

if you have a scar its already healed, if it is itching that means its healing....if it gets hot, red, inflamed, or filled with pus then you need to take care of it, keep it clean, cat scratches are gross cuz they dig around in litter boxes
