I fell my body temperature is hot, but when the room temperature is cold, i easily get cold.?

No, you just have a naturally lower body temp and I am guessing you are probably pretty skinny. The larger you are the more adipose (fat) tissue you have to help insulate your body. I have a naturally lower body temp and get the same thing at times. My friend has a circulation problem where when the temp gets cold her hands and feet get SO COLD she has to soak them in hot water...even if she's working! I doubt if that's your problem though. Probably just the lower temp.
