Why am I so tired all day long, no matter how much sleep I get?

Question:
I sleep anywhere from 7-10 hours every night, depending on the day. When I wake up I am awake, yet after a couple hours I start getting tired and sleepy again. Even when I'm out with my friends I get tired and catch myself yawning so many times thoughout the day.

Answers:
Non-restful sleep! maybe you're not getting the good REM sleep needed. what can cause this?? sleep apnea, obesity, OSA (obstructive sleep apnea), too much caffeine or alcohol prior to sleep, or simply too much tossing and turning. or maybe u have hypothyroidism that makes you lethargic during the day. or maybe your friends r just damn boring. ;-)
Maybe stress or anemia. See your doctor for a check up which includes blood work.
you may not be getting quality sleep, it could be your thyroid, nerves, or any thing...Maybe check with your doctor
You need vitamins, and lots of them. Drink some vitamin water, and eat some vitamin pills, and also drink lots of milk. The same thing happened to me, and I did these things, and it really really helped me.

:-)

Hope I helped you.
Perhaps you need an energy booster.

Four good energy boosters are chlorophyll, barley grass, wheatgrass and coenzyme Q10.
