Percocet Vs. Vicodin?

I know percocets are stronger than vicodoin, but these percs just arent as good and doesnt help my pain as well as vicdin did. does anyone else think Vics are better than Percocet??

I think it's more of a psychological issue, most pain killer addicts tend to want to stick with the pain medicine that gives them pleasure the first time. Like this one lady who wrote to a doctor online saying that her doctor normally gives her 500 tablets of Percocet for God knows how long and after she ran out her doctor was out of town and a different doctor prescribed her 500 tablets of Roxycodone. She freaked out and went online to ask the doctor how Percocet and Roxycodone differ, she was citing that Roxycodone wasn't helping her with the pain. (Roxycodone is just a fancy name for Percocet a.k.a. Oxycodone and they are all the same pain medicine just one name might be a little more expensive than the other.) The doctor assures her that they are the same and that she most likely had built a ... what do you call it ... starts with a T ... anyways it means that your body recognizes the pain medicine and it doesn't work as well as it did the first time around. I saw it on an online forum and I swear she is totally addicted, and she replied with an answer saying that she is going to switch back to Percocet which is totally unnecessary and not allowed.
Every pain med works differently for everyone so yes Vicodin works better than percocet for some people.
why are you on prescription pain killers? i don't really believe they should be given except in the most extreme cases as they are very highly addictive. as with any ailment, you should treat the cause, not the symptom.
