When i get cut i get really dizzy?

Question: ok i can get the smallest cut and i will feel like i'm about to pass out.
and it's not the pain because i'm pretty good with pain and i it's not the blood.
it's just the actual cutting (i'm not talking about cutting on purpose)
does this mean anything?
it's getting pretty bad.
