It certainly sounds as if the most likely cause is a fairly simple viral illness. Persist with PDS = paracetamol drinks and sympathy. However if your symptoms become more disturbing seek medical advice.

go to bed, wrap up & plenty of water...& a couple of paracetimol.
Yes,it may be catarrh,as it can also make u feel sick and give you headaches.Try putting a towel over ur head,and breathing the steam over a bowl of hot water.If you have any antihistamines,take 1,as this will help too. Hope u feel better soon. :)
Drink plenty of water. You could be dehydrated
Sounds like you got the flu to me, can take several weeks before you feel better. Hot drinks, bed rest as much as possible, see a doctor if you are really worried.
600 mg ibuprofen will take care of ANYTHING... except a sore stomach- it doesn't help much there.
I get a lot of colds- try drinking a lot of lemonade and taking a lot of ibuprofen. It'll kick the headache's ***.
sinus headaches
ive felt like that for 3 days. had 2 colds one after the other, last one finished week ago. thought i had sinus infection as lot of pain round eye but now just dull headache and cant eat as feel sick. feel bit better today so hopefully u will too. if u dont in another couple of days go to doc thats what i will do mon if no better but hope to be by then.
sounds sinus related- try advil cold and sinus, see if this helps any. If it is a pressure type headache then chances are, it is sinus related. You need a decongestant and advil will help this.
ive had a cold, now i feel really really sick 4 the last 5 days, is this normal
