What makes part of the body hurt when u wake up in the morning?

Question:
i woke up with a painful neck/shoulder area this morning. its a little better now.

Answers:
You may have slept oddly, put stress on your mucles causing them to hurt. I have had this happen a few times, usually though if you massage the muscles it feels better. If not you can always get a heat pad, the heat always makes my mucles loosen up.
My head.
its they way u slept on it !
It's stiff? That happens from keeping your head in the same position all night I guess.
EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!...
i played soccer for 2 hours last night and feel like crap right now. did you excersise at all yesterday?
if not ur just sore from ur mattress or pillow
That is simply a crick from sleeping a certain way to long and hard. It will go away in a day or two.
it is where you have slept in one position for a long time try having a hot bath or massaging your neck it will loosen up the muscles and ease the pain
my head hurts in the morning but if it was your shoulders and your neck it was probley the way you fell asleep like if you layed on your side it would hurt the next morning and your neck might hurt because you probley woke up and just sat up it will hurt your neck
