Hi,
Pain in the right side of tummy which is radiating to back in a urinary tract infection indicates a kidney infection. A urine test can tell whether you have a urine infection or not. It cannot comment on whether the kidneys are involved or not. To rule out or confirm kidney infection, you need an Ultrasound abdomen. I would advise you to continue taking the prescribed antibiotics, drink lots of fluids, rest and consult your doctor for more investigations.

Pain on the right side, upper abdomen below the ribs, radiating to the same spot on the back, is among the hallmarks of a gallbladder infection.

Gallbladder infections are not related to bladder infections, and when the symptomatic pain is mild and manageable with over-the-counter drugs, not a cause for immediate action. But you should probably get this checked out just the same.
