Testicular discomfort?
Question:
i have really bad testesicular discomfort..
what could this be from?
Answers:
Could be testicular torsion. Occurs when free floating testis rotates on the spermatic cord and occucles (cuts off) the blood supply. May occur spontaneously or after activity or trauma. It commonly occurs between ages 6-12 but a significant number of patients are over 21 also. Typical history is sudden onset of testicular pain which radiates to the groin with minimal or no swelling. Nausea and vomiting may occur, there is usually no fever or discharge from the urethra.
