Kink in my neck for days now?

Question:
Im only 12 and latley (about a week ago) ive been waking up with kink's in my neck every morning. I dont know what to do. It might be the way im sleeping, i just dont know! Ive even been thinking about buying one of those neck pillows that wrap around your neck to help you sleep. Is something like wrong with me?? Help!

Answers:
Try sleeping a diffrent way, at a diffrent angle, or lower down to your pillow. Go swimming, it helps. Get someone to massage you neck or back, or BOTH! Maybe you have bad posture, like your always slouching and its making it worse. Sit up straight, stand up straight, it could help you know! Use a diffrent pillow. If your only 12 i dont THINK anything could be seriously wrong with you. I have another idea, In your bed, take 2 pillows and put them side by side. Then sleep in the middle of the pillows with your head straight. So then the pillows are keeping your head striaght. Also make sure to keep your back striaght while doing this.
It's probably the way you're sleeping, I used to wake up with those all the time,so bad my mom had to come push me out of bed! Maybe you should get a pillow that better supports your neck...(as you mentioned)
Since your only 12 years old I suggest that you tell your mom and have her take you to the doctor. Hope you feel better.
