I accidentally poured a large bowl of boiling water over my feet today morning. It was very painful; I treated it by standing in cold water, then applying cream. Sometime later the pain disappeared so I went late to work in the afternoon. Now it is evening, and it is time for my aerobics class. There is no pain. Is it ok to exercise? Would I upset the healing process?

if you dont have blisters on the feet and can wear your shoes comfortably then go for it.
