I drilled through my thumb 6 weeks ago.?

Question: luckily i missed the bone.as my nail is growing there is now a hole.is there a product i can use the fill the hole to keep the dirt out.i don't want to use plasters

there is surgical glue. or an over the counter product called Liquid bandaid.
