I'm not sure what kind of Tylenol i took?

It is blue and has tylenol-C on it someone know which one thats is??

Probably tylenol cold head congestion. The picture on the box from the site finds the pill is blue, and C for cold makes sense. There isn't a whole lot of difference between the lot of them. It will still help with your pain, and your sinus will dry up a little, drink some extra water.

Why would you take a medicine that you don't have a clue what it is. Please get the bottle and read the label so you know what product you took. In the future NEVER take a medicine that you are not sure what it is.
