I found this information:

"Symptoms of concussion can include a period of unconsciousness for less than 30 minutes, vomiting, confusion, and visual disturbances. Amnesia, the hallmark sign of concussion, can be retrograde amnesia (loss of memories that were formed before the injury) or anterograde amnesia (loss of memories formed post-injury). In concussion, amnesia is much more likely to be anterograde (also called Post Traumatic Amnesia or PTA). This type of amnesia is the inability to create and save new memories, much like the process of saving something from the RAM on a computer to its hard drive. Amnesia may not become apparent until the next day or the next week. A common example in sports concussion is the quarterback who was able to conduct all the complicated mental tasks of leading a football team after a concussion, but has no recollection the next day of the part of the game that took place after the concussion.

Patients with concussion may act confused, for example repeatedly asking the same questions, or forgetting where they are."

Try doing a websearch on "symptoms of concussion" on either yahoo or google.

Wait, if you had an injury you may be too sick or weak to do that, so I found this too:

"Symptoms usually occurring immediately from brain injury:
Temporary loss of consciousness
Unconsciousness
Coma
Normal reflexes
Normal pupil response to light
Later symptoms after unconsciousness (that are usually temporary):
Headache
Dizziness
Confusion
Irritability
Vomiting
Other possible symptoms:
Numbness
Nausea
Vomiting
Dilated pupils
Pupils different sizes
Mental confusion
Memory problems
Unusual behavior
Difficulty with vision
Difficulty waking up
Grogginess
Convulsions"
concussion signs are dizziness, headache, nausea, fainting, and vomiting. When my son was at Macy's the lady dropped a metal clothes rack on his head and he had similar symptoms as yours. His doctor told me that if he did not pass out a concussion was unlikely. His only injury was a calcified hematoma ( a bruise that hardens). You are probably just dizzy and have a headache from the getting hit in the head. But go to the doctor if you want to be sure.
