Question:
A door just slammed in front of my toe, hitting the nail pretty hard and now the area under my toenail is bleeding. Only the top half is affected (the way the door hit my nail was pretty particular.. it was like kicking a wall with your toes). The front of the nail is also slightly cracked.
Should I be worried? How should I take care of the nail?

You really should see a doctor. It's not serious but bleeding under the nail can be painful and the doctor can help with that. The toenail may fall off on it's own but don't mess with it yourself. Have a doc take a look because you don't want an infection in your toe especially under the nail! OWWW!
