What can i do to let me sleep?

i always stay awake for the whole night, i try to sleep but it is always hard to get through

i have the same problem just get soem boring talk show put it on a cd or somethin u can play through the night you will get so bored u will pass out or atleast i do its better than takin pills with side effects
I have this too. I hate insomnia.

usually taking pills such as Lunesta, or Tylenol PM will do the trick:)
I'm not sure. I haven't slept in over 48 hours-for real! I don't think the computer is helping!
-take Melatonin.
-exercise during the day.
-do not watch TV or use the computer within 1 hour of bedtime.
-go to bed early, wake up early.

the best thing to have be for going to sleep is to drink milk. that helps alot.my friend told me drinking milk before bed helps keep your body asleep during the night
I think the best thing to do would be to read before going to bed. Read a magazine or a fiction book just until you get tired. It could take from 5 minutes to 45 minutes for you to get tired but at least your brain is relaxing and you won't feel as if the time spent just lying in bed was a waste.
Go to walgreens or any pharmacy. Look for "valarian root" they are usually in alphabetical order. This is an all natural supplement that will help you sleep through the night, without the risk of addiction, doctor's appointment, or hangover feeling in the morning. I swear by it.
Otherwise... turkey has tryptophan in it that makes you sleepy. Warm milk or a relaxing tea may help as well.
Something else that helps me is writing in a journal... if it's thoughts that are waking you, get them out before you go to sleep and you may find that you sleep much better.

plz don't be worried let me give u some tips which i feel it would help u.
1.stop watching t.v before 2 hrs b4 u go to bed
2.don't go to bed as soon u eat
3.go to bed when feel sleepy
This i assure is weird but works a friend of mine told about it i just made it less weird, ok first lay down and then think about a show, anime, cartoon anything or hell Etc. but what my friend told was to imagine what i just said but basically making it porn the is only known to work for guys but hell chicks can try it to but then just keep think about or favorite shows, cartoons, animes, movies or there dirty version i could care less.
I find that when I set unwritten goals for myself, by unwritten I also mean subconscience goals, or tasks, and then fail to complete at least a marginal amount with marginal success, I worry. Maybe the anxiety this creates, is what keeps me awake, or from getting full brain rest, and full restoration. Try to set relaxing and satisfying projects, and attack the harder ones with more preparation. Don't lay the base for the tower, until you are in possession of the structural materials, or invite people to dinner, until you have a full pantry, kitchen, and main course ready.
