It just mostly cause muscle pain. But you can get physically sick because of a stressful situation.
negatively generally, but some stress can be good; like the way you might feels stressed when you know you're running late for work, so you get a move on. if the stress is non-productive, it is probably bad for your health.
Pretty seriously, if you take into consideration that prolonged stress can cause high blood pressure,strokes and many other serious ailments.

Stress has a huge impact on our body, but not only stress, all negative thoughts do.

Maintaining a positive mind set is essential to mental and physical health.

If you don't breathe well you can't relax, and if you tighten your muscles you get headaches. You also get more prone to accidents and self inflicted injury.

Those are the causes of stress.

It can affect everything from acne break outs, hair falling out, high blood pressure to immune system failures such as colds, fever blisters, shingles out breaks, arthritis flares, ulcers and worse. That's why bio-feedback is such an important part of recovery for those of us with chronic diseases. You can't realistically do away with stress, you have to change the way you deal with it. It is work but it's worth it.
